You know what's hard about team photos?  Getting 10 ore more people ALL looking good at the same time.  How do we do it?  After taking 15 or so photos of a group, we choose the best image and use Photoshop to replace anyone who's eyes are closed or who isn't smiling.  We then retouch everyone separately to whiten teeth, reduce lines & wrinkles, remove double chins or whatever else is needed.  Magic!
